Product Ordering

We offer a variety of ways to place your order and offer samples of most of our products. We recommend trying samples prior to purchase because we do not accept returns unless an item is damaged in shipment.

Secure On-line Ordering

Complete the Secure On-Line Order Form . You will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days with your total order (including shipping charges).

If you wish to pay by check or money-order, mail your order and payment to us at the address below. Be sure to include sufficient funds for shipping and tax, if applicable (contact us if you are unsure about the amount):

Please be sure to include the following with your mail-in order:

Your name and address

Your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover Number, the expiration date, security code and the name on the card. If the billing address for your credit card is different than your shipping address, please include the actual credit card billing address, as well.

The quantity and description of the items you wish

A phone number or e-mail address where you can be contacted if there is a question about your order

To Pay By Check or Money Order

If you wish to pay by check or money order and your order is being shipped outside the continental United States, please contact us by e-mail or phone. Give us your name and shipping address and the quantity and description of the items you wish to purchase. We will quote you an exact price, including shipping, and you can mail us your check or money order. We will ship upon receipt of payment (checks will be held 2 weeks to allow time for processing).

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

Shipping Information

Orders are generally shipped within ten to fourteen working days of receipt (upon credit card approval).

Sales Tax: Kentucky and Wyoming Residents will be charged the appropriate sales tax.

Shipping Charges:

U.S. Orders (within the Continental US) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx (at our option). We make an effort to get your package to you in the shortest amount of time.

Outside the Continental U.S. you will billed for actual air mail shipping charges. (Usually 10-14 day delivery.)
